Carson Group serves financial advisors and investors through its businesses including Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. The sales department needed a new training guide and materials based on The Challenger Sales Book by Matthew Dixon, Brent Adamson, and their colleagues at CEB Inc.
The training they previously had was outdated and monotonous. The team needed not only a presentation but also materials to go with it that were enticing and that would make them want to participate and to understand the material deeper. Also, it was imperative that the material was related to the company.
The current employees of the sales team. The Challenger Sales a specific way of selling and management wanted to train them to achieve this.
I created a presentation that had plenty of images that the sales team could relate to. Plenty of large words with animations and important facts instead of long paragraphs. There is plenty of space for the eyes to rest. The presentation has an e-Book that I wrote that goes along with each chapter tailored to the company, the presentation, and the book.
